Purple Campaign, the Organization that Wants to Eliminate Workplace Harassment

Purple Campaign is an US-based, nonprofit organization whose mission is to eliminate workplace harassment. To achieve this aim, they work on helping to implement stronger corporate policies, advocating for legislation reforms and empowering people to make lasting changes in their work environment.

They also organize workshops, give talks and are developing a certification program to tackle this systemic issue. They approach this issue from an intersectional perspective, to better understand how power dynamics at work play out in the post Me Too era.
