Exploring the concept of care with Karolina Sobel

Caring and taking care is an honest, vulnerable and very personal act. It is often expressed through physical touch and physical closeness (do you guys remember those?).

Caring is the central topic of Karolina Sobel’s series titled If you are OK, I am OK. Her photos feature LGBTQ+ people from Warsaw sharing intimate moments in their safe space. A space so reduced and limited since the third of Poland is now a self-proclaimed LGBTQ+ free zone.
