Fed up with the stigma and the judgement that society casts on sex workers and erotic dancers, the members of the Berlin Strippers Collective are taking back the power and control over their own bodies. ⁠

‘We gathered in the red light and now we step into the daylight’ they say in their manifesto. They are proof that women are not one-dimensional: you can be sexy and confident AND intelligent, funny and hard-working at the same time. Their dream is to have their own club and to eventually unionize.
